We aim for structured headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus, contrast, resizable text, descriptive links, and informative alt text. Essential directions should not live only in an image or color.

Outside venues, retailers, and platforms control their access. Email “Accessibility” to hello (at) hostthisweekend.com with the page, task, and optional technology details. Ruth will review the barrier and try to offer another format while a fix is assessed.

Because readers may use a guide close to an event, a barrier report should include any deadline if one matters. The publication cannot promise immediate remediation, but that context helps prioritize an alternative text version or direct answer. Template fixes are preferred when one repair can improve the whole archive.
